I will never post photos of your home on social media without your approval and I would never name my clients without permission.  I really respect my clients privacy and I feel it’s an honour to be invited in to your home and to be trusted to help you with your possessions and it is not something I take lightly.

I will need to see your space to quote correctly and ideally this would be done in person but I can quote via video call if necessary.

I may take measurements and photos of the space but these would be for my use to help me plan.  No photos would be shared without your permission.

We will discuss your lifestyle and what you want to achieve in your home.  This will help me when deciding what storage solutions would work for you.  For example I wouldn’t give an extremely busy working family solutions that look beautiful but require extensive folding to maintain.  The solutions must be realistic and achievable for every day life (but still look great)!

This depends on what I am doing for you!  You will need to be involved in an edit to a certain extent but when I am doing the actual install you do not have to be present and clients sometimes appreciate leaving the house as it can look a lot worse before it gets better as everything has to come out of cupboards / drawers / wardrobes etc!
